Pay for Work Retainer

This model is ideal for clients who require support for specific, clearly defined projects. Payments are based on the scope of work, with costs adjusted as the project evolves.

Performance Deal

A performance deal ties compensation to the improvement in performance that can be directly attributed and valued to our involvement. For example, if a client’s team achieves a $1M profit improvement due to our support, and the agreement stipulates 10%, the compensation would be $100K. To mitigate risk, this model typically includes a base monthly payment in addition to the performance component. Performance deals require a strong relationship with the client and a proven track record to ensure mutual benefit.

Consulting for Equity

For clients seeking a more collaborative approach, we offer equity-based agreements or partnership models that align our success with yours. This structure is tailored to innovative startups or established companies looking for strategic, long-term growth. Equity-based compensation allows us to share in the potential success of your venture, creating a vested interest in your achievements.

Equity agreements can involve shares in publicly traded companies, providing immediate cash value, or private equity with the potential for significant future returns. We ensure transparency and strategic alignment in these agreements, focusing on shared goals and measurable outcomes.

Pay for Access Retainer

Designed for clients seeking ongoing access to our expertise and advisory services. This model allows for flexible, continuous support as needed, providing an invaluable resource for dynamic and complex challenges.
